  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream More ice cream can be added for a thicker consistency.

Preparation
  1. Chill 1 cup of brewed coffee in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a blender, combine the chilled coffee, milk, caramel sauce, vanilla ice cream, and a handful of ice cubes.
  3. Blend on high until everything is smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
  4. Check consistency to ensure it has a silky, smooth texture.
  5. Taste and add more caramel sauce if you prefer it sweeter.
Serving
  1. Pour the frappe into tall glasses, top with whipped cream if desired, and drizzle with extra caramel sauce.

Notes

For best results, serve immediately and enjoy with a slice of cake or cookies. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 days.
