Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted chocolate with the Greek yogurt. Add the vanilla extract and sugar, mixing until you achieve a smooth consistency.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt to combine the dry ingredients.
- Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients, being careful not to overmix; it’s okay if there are small flour streaks.
- Stir in the milk until the batter is glossy and well-combined. If you’re using chocolate chips, fold them in now.
- Pour the batter into your prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, observing until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs – this indicates they’re done.
- Once baked, allow the brownies to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack. Cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, don’t overmix the batter. Serve warm, and store leftovers in an airtight container.
