- In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and sugar until evenly combined.
- Coat the air fryer basket lightly with cooking spray or a small amount of oil.
Cooking
- Arrange the banana rounds in a single layer in the basket without overlapping.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the banana slices.
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10–15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for golden edges and a firm, dry surface before removing.
- Transfer chips to a wire rack and let cool completely.
