  2. Mix until fully cohesive, ensuring no dry coconut or almond flour is visible.
  3. Test the texture by squeezing a small amount in your hand to ensure it holds its shape.
  4. Roll into small balls about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Set the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until firm.
  7. Enjoy straight from the fridge.

Notes

Ensure the dried mango is chopped into small, even pieces to facilitate rolling. Mix thoroughly to avoid dry pockets and pack the balls firmly to prevent them from falling apart after chilling.
