  • 1 cup Heavy cream For a rich sauce

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onions are translucent.
Sauce Preparation
  1. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream. Let it thicken slightly while stirring occasionally.
  2. Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
Combining Flavors
  1. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and stir to combine. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
