  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Minced garlic adds flavor to the sauce.
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream Adjust for desired creaminess.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Season sparingly, especially with feta present.

Preparation
  1. Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions. Drain well and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted and bright green.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, avoiding a hard boil.
  5. Add the cooked gnocchi and crumbled feta. Stir gently until everything is heated through and well coated.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
  7. Serve warm right away while the sauce is creamy.

Notes

Ensure not to overcook the gnocchi or garlic. For best results, serve immediately after cooking.
