Ingredients

Filling Ingredients
  • 1 cup ground pork (or chicken, shrimp, or tofu) Choose your preferred protein.
  • 1 cup finely chopped carrots
  • 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped bell peppers
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium if desired) Adjust saltiness as needed.
Other Ingredients
  • 10 pieces spring roll wrappers
  • cooking spray For air frying.

Method

Prepare Filling
  1. Set a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground pork (or your chosen protein), minced garlic, and minced ginger. Cook until browned and fragrant.
  2. Add the chopped carrots, cabbage, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 5 minutes until the vegetables soften.
  3. Stir in the soy sauce until everything is coated. Let the mixture cool slightly.
Wrap Spring Rolls
  1. Lay one wrapper flat. Spoon a portion of filling near one edge, fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
  2. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
Air Fry
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
  2. Lightly spray the air fryer basket. Arrange spring rolls in a single layer and air fry for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
Serve
  1. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Avoid overfilling the wrappers, roll tightly to prevent opening, and let the filling cool slightly for easy wrapping. Cook in batches to prevent steaming.
