  • 4 large large tortillas
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped cooked chicken, chopped romaine, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan. Toss until everything looks evenly coated.
  2. Taste the mixture and add salt and pepper as needed.
  3. Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a quarter of the chicken Caesar mixture into the center.
  4. If using croutons, sprinkle them over the filling.
  5. Fold in the left and right sides of the tortilla towards the center, then roll up from the bottom tightly.
  6. Repeat the process with the remaining wraps.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately for the best texture, or wrap in foil for later.

Notes

For optimal freshness, add croutons right before serving to maintain crunch. This wrap is best eaten right after assembly to enjoy the crispness of the lettuce.
