Preparation
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, stir together Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla until smooth and evenly blended.
- Dip each blueberry into the yogurt mixture and ensure they are fully coated.
- Place the coated blueberries onto the parchment-lined baking sheet with space between each piece.
- Freeze for 2–3 hours, or until the yogurt coating is firm.
Serving
- Enjoy the clusters straight from the freezer.
Notes
Keep clusters frozen for best texture. They can be stored in a freezer-safe container after freezing. Ideal for quick snacks throughout the week.
