Ingredients

Base Ingredients
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla) Choose plain for a tangier flavor or vanilla for a sweeter taste.
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter (or almond butter) Almond butter can be used as an alternative.
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Adjust based on the sweetness of your yogurt.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Optional, but adds flavor.
  • 1 pinch salt Optional, enhances flavor.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter (or almond butter), honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract (if using). Stir until the mixture looks fully blended and uniform.
  2. If using unsalted peanut butter, add a small pinch of salt to sharpen the flavor.
  3. Line a tray with parchment paper. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop small dollops of the mixture onto the parchment, keeping them bite-sized.
Freezing
  1. Place the tray in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until the bites are firm enough to lift cleanly from the parchment.
  2. Once firm, move the bites into a container and keep them frozen.

Notes

These bites can be made ahead of time and stored in the freezer. They are designed to be eaten frozen. Make sure to keep the dollops small for quick freezing and easy snacking.
