Preparation

- In another bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, folding until just combined.
- Gently fold in the diced apples.
- Divide the batter evenly among the prepared muffin cups.
Baking
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until lightly golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
