  1. In a small pot over medium heat, combine the coconut oil, maple syrup, and nut butter. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and well combined, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Once smooth, add the cocoa powder and mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Remove the pot from heat and stir in the oats until they are evenly coated.
  4. Use a spoon to drop the cookie mixture onto a sheet of wax paper, shaping about 12 individual cookies.
  5. Place the cookies in the freezer for about 20 minutes to set.
Storage
  1. Store the cookies in the refrigerator for up to a week or in the freezer for up to three months.
