Preparation
  1. In a shallow dish, mix together the Dijon mustard, lemon juice, minced garlic, rosemary, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover the dish and allow the chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Once marinated, place the chicken in a baking dish and cover it with aluminum foil.
  3. Bake for approximately 25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). The chicken should be tender and perfectly juicy.

Notes

For the best flavor, marinade overnight if time allows. This enhances the taste and keeps the chicken juicy. The dish pairs well with roasted vegetables or over leafy greens.
