  • 2 cups bell peppers, chopped Any color of bell peppers can be used
  • 1 cup onion, sliced Yellow or white onions work best

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce Adjust salt to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For drizzling

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, stir together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic until smooth.
  3. Add the sliced kielbasa, chopped bell peppers, and sliced onion to a sheet pan.
  4. Drizzle everything with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour the honey-garlic glaze over the ingredients and toss to coat evenly.
Cooking
  1. Spread the ingredients into an even layer on the sheet pan.
  2. Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  3. Check for doneness: the peppers should be tender, onions browned, and kielbasa caramelized.
