Preparation
  1. Heat the herbal tea or warm water until it's just below boiling.
  2. Sprinkle the unflavored gelatin powder over the hot liquid and stir well until fully dissolved.
  3. Mix in honey, turmeric, or add lemon as a garnish for extra flavor if desired.
  4. Sip slowly with or before breakfast to absorb its benefits.
