- In a glass, muddle the fresh mint leaves with the lime juice and lavender syrup to release the mint oils.
- Fill the glass with ice, leaving some space for the sparkling water.
- Top off with sparkling water and stir gently.
- Garnish with lime slices and additional mint leaves. Serve immediately.
Notes
Chill glasses beforehand to keep the mocktail cool. Adjust sweetness by varying lavender syrup.
