Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, incorporating each before adding the next, then mix in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the creamed mixture until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows gently.
Baking
- Drop tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden and centers are soft.
- Allow cooling on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
Notes
For softer cookies, slightly underbake them. Use parchment paper to prevent sticking.
