- In a mixing bowl, combine the fat-free cream cheese, non-fat Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat or stir until smooth and homogenous.
- Gently fold in the crushed Oreo Thins until evenly distributed.
- Scoop small portions (about 1 to 1.5 tablespoons) and roll them into bite-sized balls.
- If using chocolate chips, melt them in a heatproof bowl and dip each bite halfway or drizzle chocolate over the top.
- Place the bites on a lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. For longer storage, freeze the bites for up to 1 month.
