  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons Creole seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For sautéing

Preparation
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing them for about 2-3 minutes until softened and fragrant.
  3. Introduce the chicken pieces to the pot, cooking until browned on all sides, approximately 5 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Stir in the sliced okra, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and Creole seasoning, combining everything well.
  2. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then cover and let it cook for about 30 minutes, allowing all the flavors to meld and the ingredients to become tender.
  3. Before serving, season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting according to your preference.
