Preparation

Cooking
  1. If the pan looks dry, add a small splash more olive oil to help with browning.
  2. Add the broccoli florets, chicken broth, and heavy cream to the skillet. Stir well.
  3. Let the mixture simmer for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce is glossy and the broccoli is tender.
