Preparation
- Prepare your homemade lemonade according to your favorite recipe. Once ready, set it aside to chill.
- Wash the peaches thoroughly and slice them into thin wedges, discarding the pits. Reserve about ΒΌ of the peach slices for garnish.
Blending
- In a blender, combine the remaining peach slices with 1 cup of the prepared lemonade and 1 tablespoon of fresh mint. Blend until smooth; strain if you prefer a thinner consistency.
Mixing
- Pour the peach puree into a pitcher, mixing it with the rest of the lemonade. Stir gently until well combined.
- Add the reserved peach slices and some lemon slices to the pitcher. Garnish each glass with fresh mint and a slice of peach before serving.
Serving
- Serve chilled in tall glasses filled with ice, or add ice directly into the pitcher for easy serving.
Notes
Store any leftover Peach Lemonade in the refrigerator for up to three days. Best enjoyed fresh.
