Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 pieces ripe bananas Use ripe bananas for best flavor and texture.
  • 1 cup peanut butter Choose a creamy variety for easier mixing.
  • 1/2 cup oat flour Can be adjusted for texture; the dough should be pressable.
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Either sweetener can be used based on preference.

Method

Preparation
  1. Mash the bananas until smooth in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix in the peanut butter until uniform and creamy.
  3. Add oat flour and honey or maple syrup, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  4. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  5. Scoop the dough into the lined cups and press firmly into the bottom.
  6. Freeze for about 30 minutes or until set.
  7. Serve directly from the liners, allowing to soften slightly if frozen longer than 30 minutes.

Notes

Use under ripe bananas for best results, ensure thorough mixing to prevent uneven texture, and avoid pressing too lightly in the liners.
