  • 2 cups plain yogurt Choose a flavor you like.
  • 1 cup shelled pistachios, chopped Chop into small, bite-friendly pieces.
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup Honey tastes brighter; maple syrup tastes deeper.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt Enhances flavor balance.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the plain yogurt, chopped pistachios, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until the sweetener is fully blended in.
  2. Pour the mixture into silicone cups or molds, aiming for an even fill.
  3. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the cups feel solid all the way through.
  4. Gently peel the silicone away from each cup to release it. If a cup feels stuck, let it sit at room temperature briefly to loosen.

Notes

Serve frozen or let them sit for a minute to soften slightly. Store in a sealed container in the freezer.
