  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Use a thick-style Greek yogurt for best texture.
  • 1 scoop flavored protein powder Use the amount recommended on your protein powder container.
Optional Extras
  • to taste sweetener Add more sweetness if desired.
  • a pinch cocoa powder For deeper chocolate flavor.
  • a drop vanilla extract Enhances flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Scoop the Greek yogurt into a medium bowl.
  2. Add the flavored protein powder on top of the yogurt.
  3. Mix vigorously until the mixture is smooth and uniform in color.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness with a sweetener and flavor with cocoa powder or vanilla extract if desired.
  5. For a firmer pudding, cover and chill in the fridge before serving.
  6. Serve directly from the bowl or portion into jars.

Notes

Store in a covered container in the refrigerator. The pudding keeps well for a few days and is best served cold. Portion into jars for meal prep, but freezing is not recommended.
