- Prep your pan and oven. Set yourself up for easy removal later by preparing your baking pan before you mix the batter.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, applesauce, eggs, and vanilla. Stir until the mixture looks uniform and creamy.
- Add the dry ingredients: cocoa powder, almond flour or all-purpose flour, sugar substitute, salt, and baking powder.
- Stir just until combined; do not overmix.
- Transfer the batter to your prepared pan and level out the top.
- Bake until the brownies look set on top and a tester comes out with moist crumbs.
- Allow cooling before slicing to ensure clean cuts.
